Snatch!
Yesterday I witness a snatch theft right in front of my eyes. It happened soooo quick!
I went to PJ Oldtown to get something from the pharmacy there, and as I parked, there was this lady walking towards the direction of where I parked and nearby was a guy with his helmet on. I didn't think much of it cos it's broad daylight anyways and all the shops were open.
Then the guy got closer to the lady I think but I wasn't looking, I think I was turning off my aircon/radio or something like that when I heard a super loud scream! I looked up, the guy bent down to pick something up while she held her neck and he ran off.
At first I thought he tried to snatch her bag but tak jadi cos she still had her bag when I looked up and when he bent down to pick something up, I thought it was his weapon but I really couldn't catch what was it.
But he actually snatched her gold necklace, that's why she was holding her neck and he bent down to pick it up cos it must have flew off when he tried to snatch it.
It happened all within 5-10seconds.
It's just not safe anywhere anymore. It was like 3pm? And all the shops were opened with lotsa people walking in and out, up and down the walkway! And now they don't only go for bags which is relatively easier to snatch, they go for small chains around your neck!
Girls, and guys...Please be very aware of your surroundings and always be on guard, anything can happen at any moment, any place. Forger the fancy gold necklaces or branded bags for now, go au naturel and be a humble mary. Take Care.
